Cationic conditioning agent used in conditioners and hair care products. It is used in the manufacture of antistatic fixatives for hair lotions, conditioners and styling creams. As a cationic surfactant, this product is absorbed into negatively charged surfaces without leaving a visible film on, for example, hair.
